Operational Manager 10AM - 9PM

- managing personnel / suppliers

- runner for all small things happening on location

- welcome guests and show around

 

Bookings & Reservations

- book tickets/boat trips/taxis/cars on locations

- bookings of accommodation / changes / cancellations

- after sales

 

Chef - 12PM - 9PM

- managing lunch and/or diner

- ordering of all food and beverages with suppliers

- taking care of the kitchen garden


Cleaner - 7AM - 4PM

- set up and clean breakfast buffet 7AM-11AM 

- cleaning of rooms and pathways

 

Marketing / PR / Sales / Welcome guests

- Selling of the rooms

- Public Relations

- Sales

- Welcome of guests when on the premises

 

Garden / Maintenance / Guard
